  • NAV-B supports Berkeley’s academic units throughout their engagement with prospective partners, from defining the initial scope and terms of the arrangement through to the technical details and execution of the contract.

  • NAV-B are subject matter experts on the various policies and procedures as defined by BCBP, and work closely with campus partners to make sure that the expectations for their revenue generating program are fully realized and defined in the contract drafting and negotiation phase.
