Nav-B took the lead on project development and management for the complex NASA Ames project proposal. This project will see UC Berkeley add a satellite campus at Moffett Field, the site of the NASA Ames Research Center. This joint collaboration between NASA, a private developer and UC Berkeley was a huge undertaking, and it was NAV-B that created the initial scoping and proposal, and worked with stakeholders from both private and public agencies. NAV-B was responsible for leading the intricate contract and legal negotiations, managing the faculty advisory board that assessed the academic and research components to the project, and worked closely with NASA and the private development firm to assess architectural and engineering plans for the site.
